Creativelink Technologies' Homeowner's Association ('HOA') Portal helps HOAs improve communications, reduce costs associated with hardcopy newsletter distribution and increase homeowner satisfaction.

The software is provided in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model where all technical support and hosting is provided by Creativelink Technologies, allowing HOA's to focus on homeowner services and community management. The solution consists of 2 major modules: 1) a content management module that facilitates web content management by the HOA; and 2) a communication module that provides value added tools such as a document library, photo albums and event management.
